What is Co-living ?
Co -living is the New Way of Urban Living
Co-living is a concept of housing where the living space is shared by resident. As cities get bigger, housing gets more expensive and spaces get smaller. Co-living fills the vacuum between low-income and luxury housing, a vacuum that leaves out people in the middle. Co-living is popular in major cities as a means of affordable living for youngsters, IT professional, digital nomads, or individuals relocating. Unlike traditional apartments, co-living is attractive to tenants due to affordability, flexibility, included amenities, and a sense of community.
Also increasing mobility of jobs has led to inability of people to rent/buy a house for longer leases.
These trends make co-living, where you live in a larger space with a larger group of people and share amenities, a very strong alternative.
About commune apartment
Commune Apartment represents a new standard in Urban Living. While one of the main concerns that most people have is the lack of privacy in a shared apartment, we meticulously design our properties to have the perfect blend of private space and public interaction.
Starting from the stylish designer lounges, our residents have a variety of amenities provided to bring more fulfilling social interactions to their lives. Each of our property has their own unique features. These may include in-house cafes, billiard rooms, fitness studios, business lounges, and rooftop terraces just to name a few. These spaces allow our residents to experience a standard of living that may be hard to achieve when living on their own. Quality is far higher than guesthouse or PG, and your privacy is completely secured.
In addition, while many shared apartments leave cleaning of common spaces to be decided by residents themselves, we go the extra mile and have our own Housekeeping team to make sure that the public and private spaces are kept in great shape. This frees up our residents to really focus on the enjoyable parts of a shared lifestyle, instead of getting bogged down in the constant delegation of chores and other such items that might arise in a normal share-house. Overall, we are committed to providing a shared environment that is also of an exceedingly high quality.
F&B – food and beverage service are another highlight at Commune. Our chefs have menus crafted for you. One-of-a-kind Live breakfast counter!
